Each time a tire is serviced or dismounted, or if the sensor is removed or replaced, it is mandatory to replace the grommet, washer, nut, and valve core to ensure proper sealing.

- Install valve stem into the valve hole of the wheel.
- Put on washer.
- Install hexagonal nut into valve stem.
- Use wrench to hold valve stem and keep vertical, meanwhile use torque wrench to tighten hexagonal nut.
- Install sensor, make TPMS sensor adjusted to fit the drop well of the wheel. Use wrench to hold valve stem and maintain vertical position, then tighten screw with 4Nm (+-0.5) toque.
